Obtaining a visa to Belarus:
1. Consult with a travel agency to determine what type of visa is needed (business, tourist, student).
2. Find out what documents are necessary for obtaining the visa.
3. The travel agent gathers the required document package after receiving some documents from the client (passport, application form, photographs, medical insurance, proof of purpose of travel, income and financial stability certificates).
4. After gathering the documents, choose a visa center or consulate where you plan to submit the documents. Make an appointment in advance.
The cost is 300 BYN + consulate service fee and charges.
5. Submit the documents to the visa center or consulate, along with payment for the visa fee.

Documents required for visa processing to Belarus
Tourist visa
- 📄 Visa application form – 1 copy on the approved template.
- 📸 Photograph – 35×45 mm, portrait, light background, high quality (the face should occupy 70–80% of the photo, taken within the last 6 months).
- 🛂 Passport – valid at the time of travel.
- 📑 Visa support documents (invitation, accommodation and itinerary confirmation).
- 🏥 Medical insurance – covering the duration of stay.
- 💳 Proof of consular fee payment.
Business Visa
- 🛂 Passport (no older than 10 years with at least 1 blank page for visa stamps)
- 💳 Bank statement showing transactions for the past 3 months and balance (minimum 1500 EUR). Alternatively, you can bring cash in USD or EUR. This will also be accepted positively at the airport.
- 🏢 Employment certificate (on company letterhead, stating your position and salary for the past 3 or 6 months)
- 📑 Business invitation

- 💰 Bank statement – confirmation of financial support.
